RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, after consideration of the discussions, research
and advice and consultation regarding the current requirements of
the charter of the Mayor and Council of Federalsburg with respect
to registration and voting, and in order to better enable the
citizens of Federalsburg to participate in the government of
their municipality, it is this 7th day of November, 1983,
RESOLVED as follows:

[Section(s) 89 and 9 of the Charter of the Town of
Federalsburg, Caroline County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.
