RESOLUTION NO. 126

RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN
OF CENTREVILLE

RESOLVED, that the Charter of the Town of Centreville be
amended as follows:

Strike Section 516 of the Charter of the Town of Centreville
in its entirety and substitute [Section 516 of the Charter of the
Town of Centreville, Queen Anne's County, as found in the
compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
repealed and Sections 516A, 516B, and 516C added.

Effective Date May 25, 1984]

RESOLUTION of the Town Commissioners of Charlestown, adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of
Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), 1981 Replacement Volume 1983 Cumulative
Supplement, Title "Corporations - Municipal" to amend the Charter
of the Town of Charlestown by amending Section 1201 of Article
XII entitled "Acquisition, Possession, and Disposal" and to amend
Chapter 25, Section 25-1201 Acquisition, Possession and Disposal,
of the Code of Cecil County which incorporates the Charter of the
Town of Charlestown as effective on December 20, 1978, to include
the following amendment:

[Section 25-1201 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of
Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date December 14, 1983]
