WHEREAS, it has developed that said area is not contiguous
and it is the desire of The Commissioners of Cambridge to repeal
said resolution and reenact this Resolution containing land
proposed to be annexed which has been verified in fact to be
contiguous and adjacent to the existing corporate area and that,
in fact, consent of the owner of at least 25% of the valuation of
the real property located in the area to be annexed has been
obtained pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 19 of Art. 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland for purposes of annexation.
