RESOLUTION 2-84

A RESOLUTION TO PROPOSE AN AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE III OF THE
CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BRUNSWICK, ENTITLED "TOWN COUNCIL" BY
REPEALING SECTION 16-36 (SALARY OF COUNCILMEN) AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 16-36 (SALARY OF COUNCILMEN).

[Section 16-36 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of
Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date April 4, 1984]

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 101-83-1

RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition, as amended, entitled
"Corporations - Municipal" to amend the Charter of The
Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing and reenacting, with
amendments, Subsection (h) entitled "Corporate personal property;
tax discount, interest" of Section 3-37 entitled "TAXES" of
Chapter 3 of the Public Local Laws of Dorchester County, 1974
Edition, to reduce from three months to thirty days the time
allowed before interest is charged.

[Section 3-37(h) of the Charter of the City of Cambridge,
Dorchester County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date December 20, 1983]

RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 19, Art. 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, The Commissioners of Cambridge by
their own initiation introduced a Resolution on November 14, 1983
to annex certain land adjacent and supposedly contiguous to the
present Easterly boundaries of the City of Cambridge, consent of
the property owners not being necessary since they do not exceed
