RESOLUTION NO. 1983-1

RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF  ACCIDENT,

MARYLAND, adopted in accordance with Article 23A of the  Annotated

Code of Maryland, to amend certain sections of the    Town of
Accident Charter pertaining to voting and registration.

[Section(s) 1-18 and 1-21 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Garrett County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND ALDERMEN

OF THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS TO AMEND THE CITY CHARTER BY

REPEALING AND RE-ENACTING

AND ADDING CERTAIN SECTIONS THEREOF

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of
Annapolis, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of the State of Maryland and Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments Section 1(b) of the Charter of the City of Annapolis;
to add new Section 1(c) to said Charter; for the purpose of
providing for the appointment of a Commission from time to time
to review and make recommendations regarding compensation to be
paid to the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis;
providing for action on such recommendation by the Mayor and
Aldermen; and matters generally related thereto.

[Section 1(b) of the Charter of the City of Annapolis, Anne
Arundel County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments, and
Section 1(c) added.
