(ii) The State Department of Education;

(iii) The State business community;

(iv) The State industrial community;

(v) Voter registration advocate organizations;

(vi) The State organized labor community;

(vii) State Women's Rights organizations;

(viii) State Civil Rights organizations; and

(ix) State Hispanic organizations; and be it

(3) Additional members appointed by the Governor to
represent appropriate public and private interests, including but
not limited to:

Laws;

(i) The State Administrative Board of Election

(ii) The State Department of Education;

(iii) The business community;

(iv) Organized labor;

(v) Women's and various minority group

organizations, including those whose memberships are primarily
black, Hispanic, or handicapped;

(vi) Organizations concerned with registration
and voter participation; and

(vii) Any other executive branch agencies that
the Governor deems appropriate; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Governor appoint a chairperson and vice
chairperson from the members of the task force; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the task force present its report to the
Governor and the General Assembly by July 31, 1985; and be it
further

RESOLVED, That the task force be staffed by the Department
of Legislative Reference; and be it further
