FOR the purpose of prohibiting "off-sales" of alcoholic beverages
by Class B licensees in Harford County; deleting certain
references to "off-sales" by Class B licensees; establishing
certain requirements for license applications made for a
corporation; altering the date for determining the number of
Class A-l and Class A-2 licenses that may be issued by the
liquor control board; requiring that certain licensees
continually maintain a certain minimum amount of stock;
providing that a temporary Class B-l licensee in the process
of upgrading that license may maintain a certain privilege;
restating certain laws excluding certain obsolete
provisions; providing that certain licenses may not be
granted or transferred to a neighborhood having these same
classes of licenses existing; providing that a decision by
the board on a license application shall become final a
certain number of days after publication of the board's
decision; requiring a licensee to remove alcoholic
beverages, glasses, bottles, and containers from tables and
counters by a certain time; prohibiting a licensee from
permitting any person under a certain age to sell or serve
alcoholic beverages; providing for the applicability of this
Act; repealing certain obsolete provisions; and generally
relating to alcoholic beverages in Harford County.
