(H) (G) IF IT CONCLUDES THAT ANY CONTINUING CONDUCT ALLEGED
TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THIS SUBTITLE WILL RESULT IN IRREPARABLE
HARM TO ANY CITIZEN OF THIS STATE, THE BOARD MAY SEEK A PERMANENT
OR TEMPORARY INJUNCTION WITH RESPECT TO THE CONDUCT FROM THE
CIRCUIT COURT OF ANY COUNTY IN WHICH THE ALLEGED VIOLATION
OCCURS, OR IN WHICH THE VIOLATOR HAS ITS PRINCIPAL PLACE OF
BUSINESS.
(I)(H) (1) ANY MEMBER OF THE BOARD, ITS EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR, OR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OR ITS DESIGNEE, SHALL HAVE THE
POWER TO SUMMONS SUBPOENA ANY PERSON IN THE STATE, OR TO TAKE
TESTIMONY OF ANY PERSON BY DEPOSITION IN THE SAME MANNER AS IN
JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS IN THIS STATE IN CIVIL CASES. ANY PARTY TO
ANY HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO THE
ATTENDANCE OF WITNESSES, AFTER MAKING A REQUEST TO THE BOARD AND
DESIGNATING THE PERSON SOUGHT TO BE SUMMONSED SUBPOENAED.
(2) ANY SUMMONS SUBPOENA ISSUED SHALL BE SERVED BY
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF BALTIMORE OR BY THE SHERIFF
OF THE COUNTY. IF ANY WITNESS RECEIVING A SUMMONS SUBPOENA
REFUSES OR NEGLECTS TO ATTEND, OR REFUSES TO TESTIFY, THE
OFFICIAL ISSUING THE SUMMONS SUBPOENA SHALL REPORT THE FACT TO
THE CIRCUIT COURT, AND THE COURT MAY PROCEED BY ATTACHMENT
AGAINST THE WITNESS AS IF THE WITNESS, RECEIVING A SUMMONS
SUBPOENA, HAD FAILED TO APPEAR IN THE COURT IN A CASE PENDING
BEFORE IT.
(J) THE BOARD MAY SUE AND MAY BE SUED ONLY IN ITS OFFICIAL
NAME AND AS A TOTAL BODY.

(A) ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO DESIRES TO INSTALL, REPAIR, MAINTAIN
OR ERECT ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AS A MASTER ELECTRICIAN MAY AT ANY
TIME MAKE APPLICATION TO THE STATEWIDE BOARD TO BE EXAMINED, AND
THE BOARD SHALL PROVIDE THE APPLICANT WITH THE PRESCRIBED FORMS.
(B) AN APPLICANT FOR EXAMINATION FOR A MASTER ELECTRICAL
LICENSE SHALL HAVE BEEN REGULARLY AND PRINCIPALLY EMPLOYED OR
ENGAGED IN ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, INSTALLATION,
AND REPAIR OF ALL TYPES OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND APPARATUS FOR
NOT LESS THAN 7 YEARS PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE APPLICATION,
UNDER THE DIRECTION AND SUPERVISION OF A MASTER ELECTRICIAN, 3
YEARS DURING WHICH THE APPLICANT SUPERVISED OR WAS ACTIVELY IN
CHARGE OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WORK. THE BOARD MAY CREDIT NOT
MORE THAN 3 YEARS FOR FORMAL COURSE STUDY OR PROFESSIONAL
TRAINING IN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE
BOARD, THE STUDY OR TRAINING PROVIDED COMPARABLE EXPERIENCE AND
TRAINING OTHERWISE ATTAINABLE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A MASTER
ELECTRICIAN OR WHILE EMPLOYED BY A GOVERNMENT AGENCY.
(C) EXAMINATIONS FOR LICENSES SHALL BE HELD AT TIMES AND
PLACES WITHIN THE STATE TO BE DETERMINED BY THE BOARD.
EXAMINATIONS SHALL BE HELD AT LEAST ONCE QUARTERLY TWICE
