Article - Family Law

4-515.

(c) Any shelter established under this section shall be
subject to the following conditions:

(2) The [Social Services Administration] DEPARTMENT
OF HUMAN RESOURCES shall:

(i) supervise the shelter;

(ii) set standards of care and admission
policies;

(iii) monitor the operation of the shelter and
annually evaluate the effectiveness of the shelter; and

(iv) adopt rules and regulations that set fees
for services at and govern the operation of each shelter;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall

take effect July 1, 1984.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the provisions
of Section 1 of this Act shall take effect July 1, 1984.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the provisions
of Section 2 of this Act shall take effect October 1, 1984.

CHAPTER 623

(House Bill 500)

AN ACT concerning

Podiatry - Waiver of Examinations

FOR the purpose of imposing certain additional requirements for a
waiver of the examination for a license to practice podiatry
in this State; and permitting a waiver of the examination
requirement if an applicant provides evidence of having
practiced podiatry in another state for a certain period
immediately before applying for a license in this State.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
