pool, if any, and [24.25 percent] 25% 24.25% of the three horse
multiple mutuel pool, if any, of all money wagered.

(2) (3) In addition to any allocations otherwise
provided in this section or Section 17A of this article, each
licensee shall allocate during 1983 and 1984 only an amount equal
to .50 percent of all money wagered to repayment of debt incurred
for construction of new grandstand facilities at the track.

(3) A LICENSEE SHALL DEDICATE 0.75% OF THE FUNDS
RETAINED UNDER THIS SUBSECTION TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS.

(3) (4) A LICENSEE SHALL DEDICATE .75 PERCENT OF THE
FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER PARAGRAPH (1) OF THIS SUBSECTION TO CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS AT THE TRACK.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.
