2280 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 335 Article 88B - State Police (A) THERE IS A SICK LEAVE RESERVE. (B) THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STATE POLICE SHALL ADMINISTER THE (C) WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STATE (D) THE SUPERINTENDENT MAY TRANSFER DAYS OF SICK LEAVE THAT (1) HAS A DOCUMENTED MEDICAL DISABILITY; AND (2) HAS EXHAUSTED ALL FORMS OF LEAVE;
(E) THE SUPERINTENDENT SHALL ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS (1) A REQUIREMENT THAT THE MEMBER HAS A LONG TERM (2) THE LENGTH OF TIME FOR WHICH A MEMBER MAY RECEIVE
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall Approved May 15, 1984.
