It is the intent of the General

Assembly that the Driver

Education Account in the

Transportation Trust Fund be

abolished. All fees that were

previously collected for the

Driver Education Account shall
now be collected for the Gasoline

and Motor Vehicle Revenue

Account. No Transportation Trust
Fund revenues shall be used to

fund the Drive Education

Program.

provided that this appropriation
may not be expended for the
purpose of a new telephone system
unless any upgrade in the

is made only with the approval of

the Department of General

Services, is consistent with
interim guidelines for telephone
system management issued by the
Department of General Services
and is compatible with the
objectives to be addressed in the
State telecommunications master
