Scrap Processors (29.05.00.06)
for operating expenses under this
program.

29.05.00.04 Safety Responsibility

Inspection

Special Fund Appropriation.........

It is the intent of the General
Assembly that fees charged repair
facility operators for repair

facility certification be

increased from $15 to $25 in
order to recover expenses of the
inspection program.

29.05.00.06 Automotive Dismantlers and
Recyclers, and Scrap Processors
Special Fund Appropriation,
provided that if both Senate Bill
1043 and House Bill 1439 fail to
be enacted, it is the intent of
the General Assembly that none of
the funds in the Abandoned
Vehicle Account shall be expended
in fiscal year 1985, and all
funds retained in the Abandoned

Vehicle Account shall be

transferred, without

distribution, to the

Transportation Trust Fund. If
either Senate Bill 1043 or House
Bill 1439 is enacted the
appropriation shall be expended
in accordance with and subject to

the provisions of the

legislation......................

It is the intent of the General

Assembly that the Abandoned

Vehicle Account be abolished.

All funds retained in the

Abandoned Vehicle Fund, pursuant

to Section 13-803 of the

Transportation Article shall
