Article - Health - General

19-222.

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of
the [Regulatory Programs] MARYLAND PROGRAM Evaluation Act [of
1978], this subtitle and all rules and regulations adopted under
this subtitle shall terminate and be of no effect after July 1,
1993.

Article - Health Occupations

14-510.1.

(i) The Commission shall disclose information in a record
upon the request of the Legislative Auditor, [pursuant to Article
40, § 61B] IN ACCORDANCE WITH § 2-1218(A) OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT
ARTICLE. However, neither the Auditor nor any of the Auditor's
employees may disclose personally identifiable information from
any of these records which are otherwise confidential by law.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative

In this subheading "Commission" means the Commission on
Nursing Issues in Maryland.]

There is a Commission on Nursing Issues in Maryland.]

[546.

(a) The Commission consists of 16 members, appointed by the
Governor as follows:

Council;

(1)  One from the Statewide Health Coordinating

(2)  One   from the State Board on Higher Education;

(3)  One   from the Maryland Hospital Association;

(4)  One   from the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty;

(5)

One

from the Maryland Nurses Association, Inc.;
