2.   Loss or damage to hulls of State vessels;

3.   Loss or damage to State real property not provided
by purchased insurance;

4.  Any loss sustained by a State officer or employee
as the result of a settlement or a judgment rendered by a court
of competent jurisdiction against him, if the payment of such a
loss is certified by the Board of Public Works under [§ 16C of
Article 78A of the Code] TITLE 12, SUBTITLE 4 OF THE STATE
GOVERNMENT ARTICLE; and

5.   Such other loss risks as determined by the State
Treasurer and for which funds are available.

(c) All sums appropriated either as general funds or
special funds to the State Insurance Trust Fund in order to pay a
grant to a State officer or employee under [§ 16C of Article 78A]
TITLE 12, SUBTITLE 4 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE;

(b) The fund shall be audited by the legislative auditor in
the manner required by [§ 61B of] §§ 2-1215 THROUGH 2-1222 OF THE
STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40 of this Code, as amended from time
to time].

Article - Commercial Law

(a)  The section does not apply to:

(1)  Trading stamps, as defined by § 239 (a) of
Article 56 of the Code; or

(2)   State lottery tickets issued under the authority
of TITLE 9, SUBTITLE 1 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [88D].

(b)  A person may not notify any other person by any     means,
as part of an advertising scheme or plan, that the other  person
has won a prize, received an award, or has been selected     or is
eligible to receive anything of value if the other  person
purchases an item or submits to a sales promotion effort.

Article - Education

13-105.

(e) (1) The Legislative Auditor shall audit all
expenditures and accounts of the University, in accordance with
[Article 40, §§ 61B through 61E of the Code] §§ 2-1215 THROUGH
2-1222 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE.
