(b) (2) The Board shall submit to the Governor and, subject
to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the
Code], to the General Assembly an annual review of the plan by
July 1 of each year.

(f)  Each year University College shall cause an independent
certified public accountant to prepare audited financial
statements of University College in accordance with generally
accepted auditing standards accompanied by the auditor's report
on the statements. University College shall submit copies of the
auditor's report and financial statements to the board of regents
and, subject to [the provisions of Article 40, § 51 of the Code]
§ 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE, to the General
Assembly. The provisions of § 13-105(e) of this article do not
apply to University College overseas programs.

(g)  Before January 1 of each [year] YEAR, the board of
trustees shall submit to the Governor AND, subject to § 2-1312 OF
THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code, and] to the
General Assembly a written report that:

(1)  Describes [its] THE activities OF THE BOARD; and

(2)  Contains a statement of [its] THE receipts and
expenditures OF THE BOARD.

(m) Subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article
[40, § 51 of the Code), the Board shall report annually to the
General Assembly on [its activities and] the activities of THE
BOARD AND the community colleges.

(f) Each [year] YEAR, the State Scholarship Board shall:

(4) Subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT
Article [40, § 51 of the Code], report to the General Assembly on
or before November 1 [of each year] the number of applicants and
the number of scholarship recipients.

(b) [Subject to Article 40, § 51 of the Code] AT THE END OF
EACH FISCAL YEAR, the corporation shall make an annual report of
its condition to the Governor, [the General Assembly, and] TO the
Bank Commissioner, [at the end of each fiscal year] AND, SUBJECT
TO § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE, TO THE GENERAL
ASSEMBLY.
