equipment used in conducting the State Fair. Copies of the report
shall be distributed to the Secretary of Agriculture, the State
Fair Board and the Department of Fiscal Services.

On the second Wednesday of January in each [year] YEAR, the
Department shall submit to the General Assembly, subject to §
2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], a
report which sets forth the amount of money received into the
Administration Fund and which explains how the money is spent.

(c) Subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article
[40, § 51 of the Code], in February of each [year] YEAR, the
State Court Administrator shall transmit to the General Assembly
a full and complete report concerning the number of applications
for orders authorizing or approving the interception of wire or
oral communications and the number of orders and extensions
granted or denied during the preceding calendar year. The report
shall include a summary and analysis of the data required to be
filed with the Administrative Office by subsections (a) and (b)
of this section. The State Court Administrator is authorized to
issue binding regulations dealing with the content and form of
the reports required to be filed by subsections (a) and (b) of
this section.

(e) [Subject to Article 40, § 51 of the Code, the] THE
State Superintendent shall send the Governor and, SUBJECT TO §
2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE, the General Assembly a
report each January that includes:
(1) Documentation of the progress of the Department,
the county boards, and each public school in this State towards
their respective goals and objectives; and
(2) Recommendations for legislation that the State
Board and the State Superintendent consider necessary to improve
the quality of education in this State.

(a) Each year, the State Board shall:
