Administration. Each report shall set forth the complete
operating and financial statement covering the operations of the
Administration during the fiscal year and shall include the
results of the audit performed under subsection (a) of this
section.
Article 48A - Insurance Code
23.
(1) As early in the calendar year as is reasonably
[possible] POSSIBLE, the Commissioner shall prepare and deliver
an annual report to the Secretary of Licensing and Regulation for
review and transmittal to the Governor and, subject to § 2-1312
OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to the
[members of the] General Assembly, showing, with respect to the
preceding calendar year:
(a) [List] A LIST of the authorized insurers
transacting insurance business in Maryland, with such summary of
their financial statement as he deems appropriate;
(b) Names of all insurers whose business was closed
during the year, the cause thereof, and the amount of assets and
liabilities as ascertainable;
(c) Names of insurers against which delinquency or
similar proceedings were instituted, and a concise statement of
the facts with respect to each such proceeding and the status
thereof;
(d) Recommendations of the Commissioner as to
amendments or supplementation of laws affecting insurance, and as
to matters affecting the Division; and
(e) Such other pertinent information and matters as
the Commissioner deems proper.
(2) As early in each fiscal year as is reasonably
[possible] POSSIBLE, the Commissioner shall prepare and deliver a
supplementary report to the Secretary of Licensing and Regulation
for review and transmittal to the Governor and, subject to §
2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to
the General Assembly, providing, with respect to the preceding
fiscal year, a statement of fees and taxes received and paid by
him into the State treasury.
Article 49B - Human Relations Commission

(b) [Subject to Article 40, § 51 of the Code,] ON OR BEFORE
JANUARY 1 OF EACH YEAR, the Commission shall submit an annual
report to the Governor and, SUBJECT TO § 2-1312 OF THE STATE
