181E.

(a) The trustees shall have the following powers and
duties:

(k) To report annually to the Governor and, subject to §
2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to
the [legislature of the State of Maryland] GENERAL ASSEMBLY their
activities during the preceding year together with any
recommendations or requests they deem appropriate to further the
purpose of the Trust.

(e) By January 1 of each year, the Trust shall submit a
report to the Governor and, subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE
GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to the General
Assembly [of Maryland] reporting the financial status of the Fund
for the preceding 12 month period.

(d) The Chief of the Bureau of Revenue Estimates, in
conjunction with the State Comptroller's office, shall prepare
and, subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, §
51 of the Code], submit to the [members of the] General Assembly,
by the end of the months of January and July in each year an
itemized statement showing the following information for the
six-month period ending on the next preceding December 31 or June
30, as the case may be: (1) Estimated revenue from all sources,
by funds, for the current budgetary period; (2) collections for
the next preceding six-month period; and (3) amount of revenue
uncollected or overcollected.

The intent, purposes and objectives of this subtitle are to:

(8) Subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT
Article [40, § 51 of the Code], provide for periodic reports to
the Governor, the [legislature] GENERAL ASSEMBLY, and the public
regarding the status of apprenticeship training in this State.

(h) (7) The Department shall report to the Governor and,
subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of
the Code], to the General Assembly before January 1 of each year
the financial status of the program and a summary of its
operations for the preceding fiscal year.
