Article 33 - Election Code
1A-1.
(e) The State Administrative Board of Election Laws shall
have the following powers and duties, including but not limited
to:
(5) Subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT
Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to make an annual report to the
General Assembly including recommended changes in this article to
assure its uniform administration and improvement in the
procedure for the conduct of registration, voting and elections.

(f) Subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article
[40, § 51 of the Code], the Commission shall submit to the
General Assembly an annual report on its activities and, based on
its investigations and studies, such other special reports with
recommendations for legislation as may be appropriate.

(c) (4) [Subject to Article 40, § 51 of the Code, the] THE
Commission shall report at least annually to the Governor, the
Secretary of Public Safety and Correctional [Services] SERVICES,
and, SUBJECT TO § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE, the
[legislature] GENERAL ASSEMBLY as to [its] THE activities OF THE
COMMISSION.

(d) (4) [Subject to Article 40, § 51 of the Code, the] THE
Commission shall report at least annually to the Governor, TO the
Secretary of Public Safety and Correctional [Services] SERVICES,
and, SUBJECT TO § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE, TO the
[legislature] GENERAL ASSEMBLY as to [its] THE activities OF THE
COMMISSION.

(c) (8) The Commission shall report annually to the
Governor and, subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article
[40, § 51 of the Code], to the General Assembly on [its] THE
activities[,] OF THE COMMISSION and shall provide the Secretary
of Public Safety and Correctional Services and the governing body
of each county and municipality which has a correctional facility
with a copy of its report.
