(g) (3) The Corporation shall publish an annual report
which the Corporation shall file with the Governor and, subject
to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the
Code], with the General Assembly. This report shall include a
description of services provided.

(a)  (3) [Subject to Article 40, § 51 of the Code, the] THE
report of the annual audit shall be filed with the Governor,
[General Assembly, and] the Department of Budget and Fiscal
Planning AND, SUBJECT TO § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT
ARTICLE, THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY and shall be available for public
inspection during business hours at the principal office of the
Corporation.

(c) The Corporation shall require an annual financial audit
of each grantee. [Subject to Article 40, § 51 of the Code, the]
THE report of each audit shall be filed with [the General
Assembly and] the Governor AND, SUBJECT TO § 2-1312 OF THE STATE
GOVERNMENT ARTICLE, THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY and shall be maintained
for a period of at least 5 years at the principal office of the
Corporation.

Article 15A - Budget and Fiscal Planning

(e) Any department, board, commission, officer or
institution may, at any time submit in writing to the Governor an
amended schedule for the disbursement and apportionment of the
appropriations made to it by him. If the Governor shall approve
such amended schedule he shall transmit the same, with the
certificate of approval, to the Comptroller and thereafter, such
appropriation shall be paid out in accordance with said amended
schedule, subject to the provisions of subsection (f). Any such
amended schedule so submitted to the Governor may be withdrawn at
any time before the Governor has acted thereon. Any amended
schedule approved by the Governor may be again amended at any
time in like manner and with like effect. All amendments and
schedules made or approved by the Governor shall be reported by
him, subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, §
51 of the Code], to the next session of the General Assembly and
at the time made or approved also reported to the Department of
Fiscal Services for the use of the General Assembly.

(b)  (4) Subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article
[40, § 51 of the Code], the Secretary shall report in detail
annually to the General Assembly the text of such rules and
regulations currently in effect and the problems involved in
assuring compliance with the directions and aims of this section.
