Agency, as approved by the Commission", for

9-115. DISPLAY OF LICENSE.

EACH LICENSED AGENT SHALL DISPLAY PROMINENTLY THE LICENSE OR
A COPY OF IT, AS THE REGULATIONS OF THE AGENCY REQUIRE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the third sentence of
former Art. 88D, § 8(e).

The reference to the "regulations of the Agency" is
substituted for the former reference to "rules of the
Agency, as approved by the Commission", for
consistency. See revisor's note to § 9-110 of this
subtitle.

9-116. SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

THE COMMISSION MAY SUSPEND OR REVOKE A LICENSE, ON THE
RECOMMENDATION OF THE DIRECTOR.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language substituted
for former Art. 88D, § 8(g), which imposed on the
Director the duty to recommend disciplinary action.

The substituted language states expressly that the
Commission has the power to suspend or revoke a
license and clarifies that action is taken on
recommendation of the Director.

As to grounds and procedures for suspension or
revocation, see COMAR 14.01.02.02 J. through L. and
Title 10, Subtitles 2 and 4 of this article.

9-117. COMPENSATION OF LICENSED AGENTS.

(A) IN GENERAL.

DURING A CALENDAR YEAR, A LICENSED AGENT MAY NOT RECEIVE
REGULAR COMMISSIONS THAT EXCEED 5% OF THE LICENSED AGENT'S GROSS
RECEIPTS FROM TICKET SALES MADE DURING THAT YEAR.
