(B) BONUS OR INCENTIVE.

(1)  THE COMMISSION MAY AUTHORIZE THE PAYMENT OF
SPECIAL BONUSES OR INCENTIVES TO LICENSED AGENTS AND THEIR
EMPLOYEES.

(2)  THE TOTAL OF THE BONUSES AND INCENTIVES MAY NOT
EXCEED ONE-HALF OF 1% OF THE GROSS RECEIPTS FROM TICKET SALES FOR
THE YEAR FOR WHICH THE BONUSES OR INCENTIVES ARE AWARDED.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the third sentence of
former Art. 88D, § 17.

In subsection (b)(2) of this section, the former
phrase "by agents" is deleted as unnecessary in light
of § 9-124(b)(l) of this subtitle.

9-118. STATE LOTTERY FUND.

(A)  ESTABLISHED.

THERE IS A STATE LOTTERY FUND.

(B)  COMPOSITION.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED BY LAW:

(1)  THE AGENCY SHALL ACCOUNT TO THE COMPTROLLER FOR
ALL OF THE REVENUE UNDER THIS SUBTITLE; AND

(2)  THE COMPTROLLER SHALL CREDIT THE REVENUES TO THE
STATE LOTTERY FUND.

(C)  VOUCHER SYSTEM.

A SYSTEM OF VOUCHER DEPOSITS MAY BE USED FOR:

(1)  PAYOUT OF PRIZES;

(2)  PAYOUT OF COMMISSIONS; AND

(3)  REIMBURSEMENT FOR MONEY PAID OUT FOR PRIZES OR
COMMISSIONS.
