(E)  GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES.

IN ADDITION TO ANY DUTIES SET FORTH ELSEWHERE IN THIS
SUBTITLE, THE DIRECTOR SHALL HAVE IMMEDIATE SUPERVISION AND
DIRECTION OVER THE AGENCY.

(F)  SALARY.

THE DIRECTOR IS ENTITLED TO THE SALARY PROVIDED IN THE STATE
BUDGET.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 88D, §§ 6
and 8(d).

In subsection (a) of this section, the reference to
the Director as "executive officer of the Agency" is
substituted for the former reference to "executive
officer of the Commission". The substituted language
is consistent with subsection (e) of this section and
with the current functions of the Commission.

9-108. QUORUM; MEETINGS; MINUTES; COMPENSATION; STAFF.

(A)  QUORUM.

(1)  A MAJORITY OF THE FULL AUTHORIZED MEMBERSHIP OF
THE COMMISSION IS A QUORUM.

(2)  THE COMMISSION MAY NOT ACT UNLESS AT LEAST 3
MEMBERS CONCUR.

(B)  MEETINGS.

THE COMMISSION SHALL DETERMINE THE TIMES AND PLACES OF ITS
MEETINGS.

(C)  MINUTES.

(1)  THE SECRETARY OF THE COMMISSION PROMPTLY SHALL
SEND THE GOVERNOR A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE MINUTES OF EACH MEETING
OF THE COMMISSION.

(2)  THE MINUTES SHALL INCLUDE A COPY OF EACH
REGULATION OF THE AGENCY THAT IS ADOPTED.

(D)  COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES.
A MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION:

(1) MAY NOT RECEIVE COMPENSATION; BUT
