2-803. MEMBERSHIP.

(A)  COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.

(1)  THE COMMITTEE CONSISTS OF 8 MEMBERS.

(2)  OF THE 8 MEMBERS:

(I)  4 SHALL BE SENATORS, APPOINTED BY THE
PRESIDENT; AND

(II)  4 SHALL BE DELEGATES, APPOINTED BY THE
SPEAKER.

(B)  TENURE.

(1)  A MEMBER APPOINTED BY THE PRESIDENT SERVES AT THE
PLEASURE OF THE PRESIDENT.

(2)  A MEMBER APPOINTED BY THE SPEAKER SERVES AT THE
PLEASURE OF THE SPEAKER.
