The seven-hundred and fifty-sixth volume of the Archives of Maryland series was originally published in 1862. The Archives of Maryland edition was published in 2008 by the Maryland State Archives. This volume covers the Proceedings and Documents of the Senate for the December 1861 special session and the 1862 regular session.

Editorial note: There is an error in pagination causing pages 436 and 437 to be missing.
