AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Civil Offenses and Fines
FOR the purpose of consolidating and amending certain provisions relating to civil
offenses other than zoning violations; establishing civil fine schedules classified
by type of civil offense; increasing certain civil fines; providing for the doubling
of fines in certain circumstances; providing for enhanced civil fines for certain
grading violations and other violations in the critical area; defining certain
terms; providing that imposition of civil fines does not preclude criminal
prosecution; providing for the issuance and service of civil citations; providing
for the time for payment, collection and disposition of civil fines; and generally
relating to civil offenses and fines.

Article 11, § 6-102 and Article 20, § 2-102(54)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 16, § 6-401 and 14-401; Article 20, §§ 2-102(53) and (55) through (57),
