AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Subdivisions - Adequacy of Public Facilities for Schools
FOR the purpose of requiring that school utilization charts, and revisions to school
utilization charts, adopted by the Board of Education and used by the Office of
Planning and Zoning to determine the adequacy of public facilities for schools
for subdivisions and certain other forms of development, shall not take effect
until approved by resolution of the County Council; providing that the resolution
approving a school utilization chart shall establish the effective date of the
chart; and deleting a provision of the "transitional" standard for determining the
adequacy of public facilities for schools rendered redundant and unnecessary by
this Ordinance.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 26, § 2-416(d)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)
BY adding:
Article 26, § 2-416(w)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)
BY repealing:
Article 26, § 2-416.1(d)

Finance and Taxation - Village Commons Community Center, Inc. and Anne
Arundel Community College at Arundel Mills
FOR the purpose of granting a credit against County real property taxes for property
owned by the Village Commons Community Center, Inc. and for property leased
to the Anne Arundel Community College at Arundel Mills.
