lesser of (i) $125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Kairos Development
Corporation, Inc. for the planning, design, acquisition,
construction, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Kairos
Senior Housing Complex, which will provide housing for
low-income senior citizens, located in Camp Springs.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of real property (Prince George's County)......................... 125,000
(BJ) Knights of St. John Hall. Provide a grant of $50,000 to the
Board of Trustees of Knights of St. John Hall, Inc. for the repair,
renovation, and capital equipping of the historic meeting hall of
the Knights of St. John, located in Bowie (Prince George's
County)............................................................................................. 50,000
(BK) Paint Branch Creek Restoration. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $218,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Anacostia Watershed
Society, Inc. for the planning, design, restoration, erosion
abatement, and stabilization of the portion of Paint Branch
Creek located between the north gate of the University of
Maryland and Interstate 495 in College Park (Prince George's
County)............................................................................................. 218,000
(BL) Renaissance Square Artists' Housing. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Housing Initiative
Partnership, Inc. for the acquisition, planning, design, and
construction of Renaissance Square Artists' Housing to provide
residential and studio space for low-income artists, located in
Hyattsville (Prince George's County).............................................. 150,000
(BM) South County Sports and Technology Learning Complex.
Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $150,000 or (ii) the
amount of the matching fund provided, to the Advisory
Committee Group for the South County Sports and Technology
Learning Complex for the planning, design, construction, and
capital equipping of the South County Sports and Technology
Learning Complex, located in Fort Washington.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act
(Prince George's County)................................................................. 150,000
(BN) Universal Network of Aquaculture Products. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $135,000 $110,000 or (ii) the amount of
the matching fund provided to the Board of Directors of the
Economic Development and Training Institute, Inc. for the
design, construction, renovation, capital equipping, and
purchase of equipment for an aquaculture facility, located in
Suitland. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching
