(BC) Takoma Park Community Learning Center. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Mayor and City Council of
Takoma Park for the planning, design, and construction of a
building to serve as a community learning center, located in
Takoma Park. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of this

(BD) Bowie City Parks and Grounds Building. Provide a grant equal
to the lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching
fund provided, to the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Bowie for the construction of a city parks and grounds building,

(BE) District Heights Street Lights. Provide a grant of $150,000 to the
Mayor and City Commissioners of the City of District Heights for
the acquisition and installation of street lights in the City of
District Heights (Prince George's County)..................................... 150,000
(BF) Forest Heights Road Improvements. Provide a grant of $175,000
to the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Forest Heights for
the repair and reconstruction of roads, including Marlboro Pike,
in Forest Heights (Prince George's County)................................... 175,000
(BG) Global Developmental Services Youth Facilities Center. Provide
a grant of $125,000 to the Board of Directors of Global
Developmental Services for Youth, Inc. for the acquisition,
planning, design, and construction of a youth facilities center,
located in Prince George's County (Prince George's County)........ 125,000
(BH) Historic Bostwick House. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Bladensburg for the
design, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping
of the Historic Bostwick House, including grounds stabilization,
structural rehabilitation, fire protection systems and utility
improvements, air conditioning, and other improvements to
make the facility compliant with the Federal Americans With
Disabilities Act, located in Bladensburg, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey an historical
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of in kind
