Ch. 445 2005 LAWS OF MARYLAND
Gaithersburg for the planning, design, and construction of the
Olde Towne Gaithersburg Youth Center, located in
Gaithersburg. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property (Montgomery
County)............................................................................................. 200,000
(AX) Olney Theatre Center Campus. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $175,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Olney Theatre Center
for the Arts, Inc. for the acquisition, construction, and capital
equipping of the Olney Theatre Center for the Arts, located in
Olney. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching
fund may consist of real property or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Montgomery County)............................. 175,000
(AY) Pyramid Atlantic. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of Pyramid Atlantic, Inc. for the design,
construction, and renovation of an elevator and attachment of a
welcome center to the existing Pyramid Atlantic property, located
in Silver Spring. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of in kind contributions

(AZ) Red Wiggler Community Farm. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Red Wiggler
Community Farm for the renovation, repair, construction, and
reconstruction of the Red Wiggler Community Farm, located in
Montgomery County (Montgomery County)................................... 50,000
(BA) Rockville Community Baseball Stadium. Provide a grant equal
to the lesser of (i) $25,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided to the Board of Directors of Rockville Community
Baseball, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the baseball
facilities at the Rockville campus of Montgomery College,
including surface improvements and installation of a lighting
system. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching
fund may consist of real property, in kind contributions, or funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Montgomery
County)............................................................................................. 25,000
(BB) Sandy Spring Museum Library and Archives. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $50,000 $75,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Trustees of Sandy
Spring Museum, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and
capital equipping of the Sandy Spring Museum Library and
Archives, located in Sandy Spring. Notwithstanding Section
1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of in kind
