(AG) Southern Maryland Stadium. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $325,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided,
to the Board of County Commissioners of Charles County for the
planning and design of a multipurpose stadium facility that will
provide a venue for professional minor league baseball games,
local and regional community events, and youth sports
championships and athletic competitions, to be located in
Waldorf (Charles County)............................................................... 325,000
(AH) Dorchester Arts Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$280,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of the Dorchester Arts Center, Inc. for the
planning, design, renovation, and capital equipping of the center
to convert it into a community center for the arts that will
include gallery space, studios, classes, performing arts, and
handicapped access, located in Cambridge, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey an historical
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of real
property or funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act

(AI) Agriculture and Education Complex. Provide a joint grant equal
to the lesser of (i) $300,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching
fund provided, to the Board of Supervisors of the Frederick Soil
Conservation District and the Board of Supervisors of the
Catoctin Soil Conservation District for the acquisition of the
land to serve as the location for an agriculture and education
complex, located in Frederick (Frederick County)........................ 300,000
(AJ) Harry Grove Stadium Renovation. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of
Frederick for the design, construction, renovation, and capital
equipping of Harry Grove Stadium, located in Frederick
(Frederick County).......................................................................... 150,000
(AK) Adventure Sports Center International. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Adventure Sports Center,
Inc. for the design, construction, and capital equipping of the
headquarters of Adventure Sports Center, Inc., the Adventure
Sports Museum, and the Whitewater Hall of Fame, located on
Marsh Mountain in Garrett County (Garrett County)................. 125,000
(AL) Salem School. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $50,000
or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the Board of
Directors of the Maryland Salem Children's Trust, Inc. for the
planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a new
