music room, and rest rooms, located in Frostburg.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act
(Garrett County).............................................................................. 50,000
(AM) Lake Kittamaqundi. Provide a grant of $475,000 to the County
Executive and County Council of Howard County for the
dredging of Lake Kittamaqundi, including the planning,
engineering, and design, located in Columbia (Howard
County)............................................................................................. 475,000
(AN) North Laurel Community Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the County Executive and County Council of
Howard County for the planning, design, and site preparation of
the North Laurel Community Center, located in Howard County
(Howard County)............................................................................. 250,000
(AO) Adventure Theatre. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$300,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of the Adventure Theatre, Inc. for planning,
design, construction, renovation, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of the Adventure Theatre, located in Glen Echo.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of in kind contributions or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Montgomery County)............................. 300,000
(AP) Aunt Hattie's Place. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of Aunt Hattie's Place, Inc. for the
acquisition, planning, design, construction, renovation, and
reconstruction of Aunt Hattie's Place, a nonprofit home for boys
in foster care, to be located in Montgomery County.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of real property or in kind contributions (Montgomery
County)............................................................................................. 200,000
(AQ) Barnesville Town Hall Renovation. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $85,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Mayor and Town Commissioners of the Town of
Barnesville for the renovation and repair of the Barnesville
Town Hall, located in the Town of Barnesville, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey an historical
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Montgomery
County)............................................................................................. 85,000
(AR) Camp Brighton Woods. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
