application, and integrated engineering and design of enhanced
nutrient removal improvements and land application techniques
for a water quality improvement project within the Town of
Chesapeake Beach. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of this
Act (Calvert County)....................................................................... 250,000
(AB) Danele Shipley Memorial Arena. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Carroll County
Agriculture Center, Inc. for completion of the construction and
the capital equipping of the Danele Shipley Memorial Arena,
located in Westminster. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act,
the matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Carroll County)..................................... 150,000
(AC) Bell Manor at Camp Conowingo. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $227,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of Central
Maryland, Inc. for the construction, repair, renovation,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of the historic Bell Manor
at Camp Conowingo, located in Conowingo, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey an historical
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of in kind
contributions (Cecil County)........................................................... 227,000
(AD) Camp Grove Point. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$123,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay
Council, Inc. for the construction and capital equipping of Camp
Grove Point, including an equestrian center, new shelters, and
additional showers, located in Earleville (Cecil County)............. 123,000
(AE) Camp Winona. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $50,000
or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the Board of
Directors of the Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital, Inc.
for the planning, design, and construction of various structures
and facilities throughout Camp Winona, including a dining
hall, located in Hughesville (Charles County).............................. 50,000
(AF) Melwood Nanjemoy Capital Improvement. Provide a grant of
$175,000 to the Board of Directors of Melwood Horticultural
Training Center, Inc. subject to a requirement that the grantee
provide and expend a matching fund of $87,500, for the design,
construction, and capital equipping of a septic system to service
the Melwood Retreat Center, which is used to provide services to
individuals with developmental disabilities, located in
Nanjemoy City (Charles County)................................................... 175,000
