clubhouse at the Forest Park Municipal Golf Course, located in
Baltimore City. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Baltimore City)...................................... 150,000
(V) Ivy Family Support Center. Provide a grant of $100,000 to the
Board of Directors of the Epsilon Omega Foundation, Inc. for the
repair, renovation, and capital equipping of the Ivy Family
Support Center located in Baltimore City (Baltimore City)......... 100,000
(W) The League for People with Disabilities. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $350,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of The League for People with
Disabilities for the renovation of a building owned by The
League for People with Disabilities to provide services for people
with disabilities, located in Baltimore City (Baltimore City)...... 350,000
(X) Safe Haven House for Youth and Families. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of the Knox
Community Development Corporation, Inc. for the planning,
design, construction, and capital equipping of Safe Haven House
for Youth and Families, located in Baltimore City.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of real property, in kind contributions, or funds expended
prior to the effective date of this Act (Baltimore City).................. 100,000
(Y) Waxier Center for Senior Citizens. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Baltimore
for the repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping
of the Waxter Center for Senior Citizens, located in Baltimore
City. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching
fund may consist of funds expended prior to the effective date of
this Act (Baltimore City)................................................................. 100,000
(Z) Calvert Marine Museum Statue. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Calvert Marine Society,
Inc. for the planning, design, and construction of a statue
commemorating the people and work done at the Amphibious
Training Base, located in Solomons Island (Calvert County)..... 50,000
(AA) Town of Chesapeake Beach Water Quality Improvement Project.
Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the
amount of the matching fund provided, to the Mayor and Town
Council of Chesapeake Beach for conducting systems
engineering and design related to land application of effluent
from the wastewater treatment plant, design of related enhanced
nutrient removal infrastructure, investigation of sites for land
