that the grantee grant and convey an historical easement to the
Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this
Act, the matching fund may consist of real property (Baltimore

(Q) Clifton Mansion. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of Civic Works, Inc. for the restoration, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Clifton
Mansion, located in Baltimore City, subject to a requirement
that the grantee grant and convey an historical easement to the
Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this
Act, the matching fund may consist of in kind contributions or
funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Baltimore
City).................................................................................................. 100,000
(R) Creative Alliance. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Trustees of the Creative Alliance, Inc. for the
acquisition and construction of the current building housing
Creative Alliance, to be used for providing programs not limited
to free community-arts programs for neighborhood families,
exhibitions, performances, screenings, and workshops, located in
Baltimore City. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property or funds expended
prior to the effective date of this Act (Baltimore City).................. 50,000
(S) Delta Lambda Foundation Outreach Center. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of Delta
Lambda Foundation, Inc. for the acquisition, design, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a building
to serve as an outreach center, located in Baltimore City.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of real property, in kind contributions, or funds expended
prior to the effective date of this Act (Baltimore City).................. 200,000
(T) Dorothy M. Higgins Community Center. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the New Christian
Community Development Corporation for the acquisition,
planning, design, renovation, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of a building to be known as the Dorothy M. Higgins
