(BD) Global Developmental Services Youth Facilities Center. Provide
a grant of $225,000 to the Board of Directors of Global
Developmental Services for Youth, Inc. for the acquisition,
planning, design, and construction of a youth facilities center,
located in Prince George's County (Prince George's County)...... 225,000
(BE) Knights of St. John Hall. Provide a grant of $200,000 to the
Board of Trustees of the Knights of St. John Hall, Inc. for the
repair, renovation, and capital equipping of the historic meeting
hall of the Knights of St. John, located in Bowie (Prince
George's County)............................................................................. 200,000
(BF) Laurel Boys and Girls Club. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided,
to the Board of Directors of Laurel Boys and Girls Club, Inc. for
the design, planning, reconstruction, renovation, and capital
equipping of the Laurel Boys and Girls Club, located in Laurel,
subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and convey an
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust-
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of real property or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Prince George's County)...................... 100,000
(BG) Maryland Crime Victims' Resource Center. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $184,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of the
Maryland Crime Victims' Resource Center, Inc. for the
acquisition, long-term lease, planning, design, construction,
renovation, and capital equipping of the Maryland Crime
Victims' Resource Center, located in Upper Marlboro (Prince
George's County)............................................................................. 184,000
(BH) Oxon Hill Boys and Girls Club. Provide a grant of $50,000 to the
Board of Directors of the Oxon Hill Boys and Girls Club, Inc. for
the planning, design, repair, renovation, and capital equipping
of the Oxon Hill Boys and Girls Club, located in Oxon Hill
(Prince George's County)................................................................ 50,000
(BI) Renaissance Square Artists' Housing. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Housing Initiative
Partnership, Inc. for the acquisition, planning, design, and
construction of Renaissance Square Artists' Housing to provide
residential and studio space for low-income artists, located in
Hyattsville (Prince George's County)............................................ 250,000
(BJ) Safe Passage Emergency Shelter. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Family Crisis Center, Inc.
