Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of in kind contributions or funds expended prior to
the effective date of this Act (Montgomery County).................... 200,000
(AY) Bethel Recreation Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of
(i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Trustees of Union Bethel A.M.E. Church, Inc. for
the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of the
Bethel Recreation Center for use as a gymnasium, cafe and
bookstore, and community meeting area, located in
Brandywine. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of
this Act (Prince George's County)................................................. 250,000
(AZ) Camp Aquasco. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $52,000
or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the Board of
Directors of the Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital, Inc.
for the planning, design, and construction of a troop lodge, glen
shelter unit, and associated roadway improvements, located in
Aquasco (Prince George's County)................................................. 52,000
(BA) CASA Multi-Cultural Service Center. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of CASA of Maryland, Inc.
for the construction, repair, and renovation of
McCormick-Goodhart Mansion to be used as the CASA
Multi-Cultural Service Center, located in Langley Park, subject
to a requirement that the grantee grant and convey an historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of real
property, in kind contributions, or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Prince George's County)...................... 100,000
(BB) Children's Guild Multipurpose Room and Play Field. Provide a
grant equal to the lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Trustees of the
Children's Guild, Inc. for the design, construction, and capital
equipping of a parking lot, play field, and multipurpose room,
located in Chillum. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Prince George's County)...................... 250,000
(BC) Colmar Manor Municipal Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Colmar
Manor for the planning, design, and construction of the Colmar
Manor Municipal Center, located in Colmar Manor (Prince
George's County)............................................................................. 100,000
