ROBERT L. EHRLICH, JR., Governor                             Ch. 445 grantee provide and expend a matching fund of $20,000, for the
repair, renovation, and capital equipping of Camp ESPA,
including replacement of the furnace and kitchen equipment
and repairs to the sleeping quarters, plumbing and electrical
systems, fire suppression system and the fishing pier, located in
Rhodesdale. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of
this Act (Dorchester County).........................................................                30,000 (AF)  Dorchester Arts Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Directors of the Dorchester Arts Center, Inc. for
the planning, design, renovation, and capital equipping of the
center to convert it into a community center for the arts that
will include gallery space, studios, classes, performing arts, and
handicapped access, located in Cambridge, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey an historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of real
property or funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act
(Dorchester County)........................................................................              100,000 (AG)  Hooper-Henry Educational Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $80,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Trustees of the St. Luke United
Methodist Church for the renovation, reconstruction, capital
equipping, and conversion of the grantee's current facility into a
community educational center located in Cambridge, subject to
a requirement that the grantee grant and convey an historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of real
property, in kind contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Dorchester County)..............................                80,000 (AH) The Highlands School Building. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $500,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Highlands School, Inc.
for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of
the Highlands School, a school for children with learning
disabilities, located in Bel Air, subject to a requirement that the
grantee grant and convey an historic easement to the Maryland
Historical Trust
Air. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act,
the matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of
this Act (Harford County)..............................................................              500,000 (AI) Blandair Mansion. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$300,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
