Ch. 445 2005 LAWS OF MARYLAND
1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of in kind
contributions (Calvert County)...................................................... 25,000
(Z) Adkins Arboretum. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Trustees of Adkins Arboretum, Ltd. for the
planning, construction, replanting, restoration, and expansion
of Adkins Arboretum, located in Caroline County.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of real property, in kind contributions, or funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Caroline
County)............................................................................................. 250,000
(AA) Bowling Brook Preparatory School Vocational and Educational
Training Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Directors of Bowling Brook Preparatory School,
Inc. for the capital equipping of the vocational and educational
training center, to be located in Keymar. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Carroll County). 250,000
(AB) The Amphitheater at Bainbridge. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Bainbridge
Development Corporation, Inc. for the planning, design, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the
amphitheater, located at the former Bainbridge Naval Training
Center, in Bainbridge (Cecil County)............................................ 100,000
(AC) Lions Camp Merrick. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Directors of Lions Camp Merrick, Inc. for the
renovation of the recreational hall and arts and crafts buildings
at Camp Merrick, located in Nanjemoy. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of in
kind contributions or funds expended prior to the effective date
of this Act (Charles County).......................................................... 100,000
(AD) Veterans Memorial Repairs. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided,
to the Board of County Commissioners of Charles County for
the repair and renovation of the roof of the Veterans Memorial,
located in Glasva. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of
this Act (Charles County)............................................................... 100,000
(AE) Camp ESPA. Provide a grant of $30,000 to the Board of
Directors of Camp ESPA, Inc., subject to a requirement that the
