Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of in kind contributions or funds expended prior to
the effective date of this Act (Baltimore City).............................. 150,000
Project T.O.O.U.R. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Directors of Project T.O.O.U.R., Inc. for the
planning, design, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of two adjacent buildings that will serve as a
neighborhood service center providing community assistance
programs, located in Baltimore City. Notwithstanding Section
1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of real property,
in kind contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective
date of this Act (Baltimore City)................................................... 100,000
Zeta Senior Activities Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
required, to the Board of Directors of the Myrtle Tyler Faithful
Fund, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and capital
equipping of the Zeta Senior Activities Center, to be located in
Baltimore City. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of
this Act (Baltimore City)................................................................ 125,000
Calvert Hospice House. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Directors of the Calvert Hospice, Inc. for the
acquisition, construction, and capital equipping of the Calvert
Hospice House, located in Prince Frederick. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of real
property or in kind contributions (Calvert County)..................... 150,000
North Beach Waterfront Park and Streetscape Revitalization.
Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the
amount of the matching fund provided, to the Mayor and Town
Council of the Town of North Beach for the construction, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of
improvements to the waterfront district, in North Beach, to
include an outdoor pavilion area and street furnishings.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of real property or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Calvert County)................................... 100,000
Old Wallville School. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$25,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of the Friends of the Old Wallville School,
Inc. for the relocation from St. Leonard to Prince Frederick, and
the renovation, repair, construction, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of the Old Wallville School. Notwithstanding Section
