Further provided that $100,000 of the
appropriation may not be expended until
the Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services provides a detailed
report to the budget committees about the
fiscal 2005 general fund closeout. This
report shall contain detailed information
about reversions and cancellations by
fund type and any transfers of funds
within the department. The report should
address why additional funds are needed
in some agencies, and why funds are left
over in other agencies. The budget
committees shall have 45 days to review
