Ch. 175 2006 LAWS OF MARYLAND
(I) THE FOUNDATION RECEIVES A RECOMMENDATION TO ALLOW
A MAXIMUM LOT SIZE OF MORE THAN 1 ACRE FROM THE COUNTY AGRICULTURAL
PRESERVATION ADVISORY BOARD AND THE PLANNING AND ZONING AUTHORITY OF
THE JURISDICTION WHERE THE LAND IS SITUATED; AND
(II) THE FOUNDATION MAKES A DETERMINATION THAT A LOT SIZE
GREATER THAN 1 ACRE WILL NOT INTERFERE SIGNIFICANTLY WITH THE
AGRICULTURAL USE OF THE LAND UNDER EASEMENT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October July 1, 2006.

AN ACT concerning
Frederick County - Community Development Authorities
FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of Frederick County to
create community development authorities throughout the county by repealing
certain geographical restrictions; authorizing the county commissioners to levy
certain taxes or fees and issue certain bonds or other obligations without
geographical restriction; and generally relating to community development
authorities in Frederick County.
