RESOLUTION NO. 132
RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority contained in Article 11-E of the Constitution of the
State of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
(1957 Edition, as supplemented and amended), entitled "Municipal Corporations,"
subtitled "Home Rule," entitled "A Resolution to Amend the Charter of the City of
Cumberland (1991 Edition, as supplemented and amended) being Article 1A of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, by repealing and reenacting, with
amendments, Sections 127 and 128, for the purpose of revising the procedures as
pertaining to closing of streets and alleys in the City of Cumberland, Allegany County,
Maryland by the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland."
