enlarge the Corporate Boundaries of the City of Cumberland and thereby amend the

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2005-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF DEER PARK,
MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of
Maryland (2005 Thomson/West, Current with laws from the 2005 Regular session,
effective through July 1, 2005) and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (2005 Thomson/West, Current with laws from the 2005 Regular session,
effective through July 1, 2005), to repeal Section 24 of the Deer Park Charter, said
Section being entitled: "Enforcement of Ordinances" in its entirety, and reenact a new
Section 24 in its place and stead.
[Section 24 of the Charter of the Town of Deer Park, Garrett County, as found in
the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), repealed.

side of and binding upon State Street, to be known as the "Veterans of Foreign Wars
Annexation".
