CHEVY CHASE VIEW Charter being a part of the public local laws of Maryland (1963 Edition, as amended),
which Article contains in whole or in part the Charter of the Town of Cheverly,
Maryland, whereby the Mayor and Town Council find it necessary to raise the tax
cap. [Section C-29 of the Charter of the Town of Cheverly, Prince George's County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
