Regulations; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 267-53.4,
Communications towers, of Article VIIIA, Telecommunications Facilities; to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, all of the Tables for Principal Permitted
Uses for Specific Zoning Districts, all of Part 1, Standards; and to add new Table
IXA: Design Requirements for Specific Uses: MO Mixed Office District, to Part
1, Standards, all of Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to provide for a new MO Mixed Office designation; to establish the
purpose, objectives, general regulations and specific requirements for projects in
the MO District; to further provide for the requirements of parking,
landscaping, building design, lighting, open space, signage, uses in general and
community input; to provide for communication towers in the MO District; to
amend the Tables for Principal Permitted Uses for Specific Zoning Districts to
reflect the changes provided for herein; and generally relating to the Mixed
Office District.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsection J of Section 256-13,
Water and Sewer Plan, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256, Water
and Sewers, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for the
adoption of the Fall 2005 Master Water and Sewer Plan and to submit said Plan
to the Maryland Department of the Environment for its approval and
implementation pursuant to Title 9 of the Environment Article of the Maryland
Annotated Code.
