amended; to provide for the imposition of a school development impact fee; and
generally relating to the establishment of the affected area, to the payment,
collection and amount of school development impact fees and the exemption for
certain types of development; and generally relating to a public school
development impact fee.

by reference in Chapter 29, Harford County Sheriff's Office Pension, of Part I,
Administrative Legislation, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide
for a maximum cost of living rate increase; to provide for the adoption by
reference of the Sheriff's Office Pension Plan as amended which is attached
hereto and incorporated, herein by reference in its entirety and to further
provide that the Sheriff's Office Pension Plan as amended is made a part hereof
as through fully stated herein; and generally relating to the establishment of a
pension plan for certain law enforcement and correctional employees of the
Sheriff's Office.

and reenact, with amendments, Subsection C(2), of Section 267-40, CI, LI and
GI Industrial Districts, all of Article VI, District Regulations, of Part 1
Standards, of Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
permit motor vehicle filling or service stations to be located on parcels only if all
properties adjacent to the proposed use are served by a public water supply; and
generally relating to motor vehicle filling and service stations.
