AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Telephones - 911 Fee
FOR the purpose of increasing the fee for 911 telephone service on monthly telephone
bills.
Bill No. 38-05
AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Public Works - Removal of Personal Property from County Property
FOR the purpose of prohibiting the disposal, storage, or abandonment of certain
personal property on County property; providing the Department of Public
Works with the authority to remove personal property placed on County
property under certain circumstances; providing that the costs of removal shall
constitute a lien; and repealing a provision relating to disposal of personal
property on County property.
BY repealing:

BY renumbering:
Article 25, §§ 25-1-105 through 25-1-106 to be §§ 25-1-106 through 25-1-107,
respectively
