COUNTY LOCAL LAWS FOR the purpose of requiring a grading permit if slopes of 15% or greater are
disturbed; clarifying provisions relating to the grading of slopes of 15% or
greater: clarifying that certain provisions relating to sensitive areas are subject
to all provisions of the Code; prohibiting disturbance of slopes of 15% or greater
in sensitive areas under certain circumstances; requiring certain additional
information relating to slopes of 15% or greater in certain plans; prohibiting
development within 25 feet of the top of steep slopes under certain
circumstances; clarifying the relationship of slopes of 15% or greater to
nonstructural storm water management practices in the contributing drainage
area of a bog; making this bill an emergency measure and subject to a certain
